Ocean Front Ocean View, With Private Heated Pool & Hot Tub

(PET FRIENDLY) BEFORE BOOKING IT IS IMPORTANT TO READ THIS
10 year old home with 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. This Oceanfront Oceanview home on the Circle in Atlantic Beach.
This home has the most beautiful views of the ocean and is steps away from restaurants, boardwalk, volley ball and lifeguarded beach. Enjoy the outdoors in your private swimming pool, in-ground hot tub, outdoor shower and grill.
There is an open living room, dining room and kitchen on second level with fully-equipped kitchen, half bath. Third floor features oceanfront master bedroom with king bed, private bath and built-in "coffee bar". Second bedroom with private bath and queen bed. First floor has three bedrooms - queen bed with private bath and two bedrooms with two twins in each bedroom and shared full bath. There are 5 Bedrooms that can accommodate 10 guest
Upon Request we will sometimes allow up to 13 guest.
If this is something you are interested in doing please inform property owner before booking. ( This home has bed space for ten. over ten guest is permitted but you would need to bring cots or air mattress.) Elevator, washer and dryer, garage and WIFI. (The elevator often needs to be reset. To reset the elevator you need to turn elevator breakers off in the garage count to 10 and then turn them back on.)
This home is dog friendly with $200 fee. Optional heat fee for pool available for $125.00 per day. When heated the pool is set at 84 degrees. Renters are not permitted to increase that heat without permission from owner. This is a NON-SMOKING cottage. Parking for three cars.
If you are planning to bring a pet, please make sure you contact owner.
There are additional fees for lodging of pet. These fees do not include cleaning hair that may shed. Owner of pet is responsible of making sure that rental home is free of all pet hair. If any pet hair in found in pool there is an additional $75 Fee
Animals are not permitted in pool or on furniture and bedding.
This area does have Palmetto bugs . They don't infest the houses but there can be numerous outdoors. They live in palm trees and the dunes. and you may see them occasionally on the deck. We spray the outside yard and deck every week and as a result do not get a lot of sightings. If the garage or doors are left open they do occasionally wonder in the home. I have been assured by the extermination company that spays the outside every week that they are not nesting in the home but because guest will leave the garage and doors open. Every two weeks we spray the inside with an oil that is safe for humans and dogs but will kill the insect if they have wondered into the home.

When renting this property it is important upon arrival of home to inspect each room, bathroom and kitchen to make sure everything is in order. It is important to check tempeture in the refigerator and freezer when you first arrive at the vacation rental to make sure it is operating. It is important that guest contact owner/property manager by 5:00 if there is any problem or concern.

The pool light is often not working. We are constanly ordering and changing pool light as a result of guest leaving pool light on all day and night durring there stay.
Guest are never held responssible for pool light not working.
