Vacation Week

We normally stay in Bradenton Beach for a week around Thanksgiving, unfortunately due to the October Hurricanes that was not possible so we rescheduled for the first week in March. The unit is a small two bedroom, 2nd Floor Apartment. Is was very comfortable and Clean. It was just across the street from a beach access which was perfect. We contacted a beach rental company and every morning they set up a ez-up tent and 4 lounge chairs for us. At approximately 5pm they came and packed everything up to set up the next day. That service made the entire vacation week so relaxing for us. Most all of our favorite restaurants were open and the food was great as always.

Great view of ocean!

The small condo was clean (spotless fridge) and has a wonderful location! The pool was lovely (we could not use post hurricane at time we were staying) but there was very nice seating around pool area. The furniture is looking quite used, kitchen table very used. Very tiny on-suite bathroom, tiny shower - curtain and liner both need to be replaced- stained. Other bathroom tub had a clog when we arrived. House manager was great - excellent communicator and easy to reach.

Summertime trip

Great location and nice feature with the location, porch and pool. Some upgrades may be needed in the bathrooms around the tub and shower areas. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay in AMI and will definitely be back!

Wonderful view of ocean

Most of the items listed in the listing were accurate. Only negatives were the traffic noise & the thin walls. I could hear the kids next door screaming and crying every night when I laid down.

Nice location

We enjoyed our stay here. There were 2 adults and 2 teen girls. It’s a little small but we were ok since we were just there for 4 days. We never could figure out the tv remote in the living room but did let management know when we checked out. It wasn’t a big deal because we were busy anyway. Bathrooms are a little small and need some trim replaced around the shower. Overall we liked this location. It’s close to the trolley stop and walking distance to a Circle K in case you need anything. Crossing the road to get to the beach wasn’t an issue. We only used the pool once on our first day at night. There aren’t any pool lights so it was difficult to see. We are mainly beach people so it wasn’t a big deal. Traffic wasn’t horrible and cars would stop to let us cross. There were some chairs and other items on the property for us to use which was a big help since we arrived by plane. Beach towels were provided also. We enjoyed our stay here and will most likely return to this same location.

Simmer family vacation

This property is amazing, great location and views. On site pool is nice and private, 2 bedrooms abd 2 bathrooms. Was perfect for my family. The place was clean and updated and the ac worked great which was good because of the flordia heat.

Great location and beautiful

Perfect location for Anna Marie beach vacation. Beautifully decorated condo with comfy beds, extra towels, cookware, coffee pot, flat screen TVs, etc. The heated pool was perfect for the end of the day. We loved sitting on the balcony to look at the ocean.

Great place, great location!

The walk to the beach is super easy. Overall location made it easy to get from one end of the island to the other. Space was clean and comfortable. King size beds were great.

Great Location, Poor Communication

This property is located across the street from the beach, which is fantastic. The shared pool was heated and my kids loved it. The actual condo is a tight squeeze, with limited seating for eating meals, but we made it work. The only problems we ran into involved a tub that wouldn't drain and the master bed which was poorly assembled and had a broken foot and an uncomfortable mattress that sunk down in the middle causing us to roll into a pit during the night. We tried to communicate with the property manager about the tub and broken bed, but received no response.

We have filed a complaint- and did this previously. 1. Blinds were broken upon arrival- new ones were brought - after five days we installed. One on the left has a defect. 2. We were told by VRBO we were over charged 601.00 and were re- embursed the amount. 3. The pool was not heated for 11 days. Our daughter and granddaughter had to leave and did not get a chance to swim. 4. Took a day away for installing new router. 5. The windows in back bedroom need to be clean, they are green. We did like the beds for comfort.

Perfect Paradise in a Luxurious Location!!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. There was a lot to do in this particular area. This adorable place is right across the street from the beach. Our kids (ages 6-20) really enjoyed staying here. Thank you to our host, we hope to come back to this location someday!

Excellent condition of the rental property. Walking distance to Brandeton Beach and the Harbor. Being able to have a coffee outside of our place enhanced our stay. Very relaxing time

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was very clean. The beach access is perfect!! The only complaint I have is that the communication with the owner/property management company was horrible. I asked several questions and never got responses. We didn’t receive any check in information until after 2:00 and I didn’t get checkout information until an email at 8:00 am on check out day and check out was at 10 am. I asked several times, called, emailed, texted and never got a response. Overall, the property was good and I would stay there again if communication was improved.

Holiday House

While it was smaller than anticipated, it was the perfect size for our little family. The beach access across the street was fantastic and the location on the island was good as well. Both bathroom fans were quite noisy, but that's the only (small) negative I can speak of.
