Checking in was easy. The person behind the counter was friendly and answered all of our questions. The unit was well appointed; however, we had to wash half of the wine glasses before using them. They were dusty and greasy. And there was supposed to be a card in our unit to get in and out of the security gate without waiting at the gate house. We never received one after some calls so we had to wait in line every time we came back to the unit. Ugh. The lack of a card kept us out of the workout facility as well, much to the disappointment of half of our party. Checkout was smooth and easy.
