This home comfortably sleeps 5 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a full-size Murphy bed in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen-size bed and a cable TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a king-size bed, a cable TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• This home is a one-level, second-floor unit. An elevator is available for guest convenience.

• Portable crib provided.

• Long-term stays allowed.

• This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.

• Communal pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
