Perfect! Only small issue is the water heater in the main level is shared with downstairs so you run out of hot water very fast. Upstairs is on its own and we never ran out.

Floors and kitchen counters was not very clean. Multiple light bulbs were burned out. Hot water on first floor was luke warm. Overall comparatively it was really great experience. It met our large family needs. It was in a very quiet neighborhood and in a perfect location. I will probably rent this house again in the future.

Wonderful Home.

Beautiful home with plenty of room for all of us. We rented a boat one day and tubed. The kids loved the pool with a slide just a short walk away. We loved spending time on the upper deck catching up with family chatter. FYI - The red deck chairs are worn and need replacing. The kitchen was great with 2 refrigerators! Some of the Teflon frying pans were super scratched and we did not use them. Also a few of the bathroom sinks were not draining well, but we got by. We noticed upon arriving, that one of the glass light fixtures over the big dining table is broken. Thought owners should know. Other than these items needing updating, the stay was a memorable on and we will be back!

We stayed here for our family reunion and it had so much space for our family. We all comfortably fit, there was plenty of room for hanging out. We all enjoyed the community pool and the hot tub and the pool table. It was such a great place.

This home was perfect for our needs. Lots of space, beautiful views, super comfortable beds. The sunset from the top deck was gorgeous. The kitchen was fairly well stocked though there were many things we needed. We prepared every meal at the house for 2 1/2 days so casual cooking may not be as much a problem as far as what is stocked. Knives in terrible shape. It was nice to have two kitchens. We made meals upstairs and downstairs we used the tables for crafting and snacks. It was clean and comfortable and we would book here again for a large group!

Family Christmas 2024

Our first big family Christmas away from home. Nice big house with plenty of space. There was a bathroom for each bedroom. Everyone enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. The only 2 disappointments were 1) the noisy pipes in the wall when someone flushed the stool in the night. 2). I really expected Christmas lights and a tree in the house for our time there at Christmas.-otherwise it was a 5 star visit. I would definitely recommend it.

Room for Everyone! Great location.

We had an amazing stay at Lakefront Haven. The house was very clean and welcoming. We had five couples, two young adults, three teenagers and one 9yo. Everyone was so happy to have their own bedrooms and private bathrooms. The rooms were huge, giving plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen had just about anything you might want for cooking, though we could only find one kitchen towel, so you might bring a few more with you. The view of the lake is just wonderful, especially for sitting with your coffee in the mornings. The location was very convenient to all the attractions, yet felt quiet and relaxing after a busy day of fun. Check in and check out was simple and easy. The management company was very responsive to any issues we had during the stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable house for a large family gathering.

Big Family Getaway

Brought my parents and family to Branson for my parents 50th anniversary. The property was wonderful with plenty of room for everyone and then some. Great location with views of Table Rock lake and convenient to attractions and dining.

Good place for a family reunion

The nine bedrooms make this an excellent choice for a family gathering. It easily accommodated seven single adults and two couples. It is especially good for its accessibility. It has a ramp at the entry, and the bedrooms on the main floor are ideal for people who may have difficulty navigating stairs. It has lots of space for socializing, including two kitchens and dining areas. I was disappointed that the sinks in two bathrooms backed up when we checked in on Sunday. I called the property manager on Monday morning, but they were not able to send out a plumber until Tuesday. Toilets in two bathrooms backed up later in the week. The property manager threatened to charge me to send out a plumber and suggested that my party was responsible for the plumbing problems. Considering how much I was paying per night, I was disappointed with the property manager's response to the plumbing issues. The house has a nice view of Table Rock Lake, and the attractions of Branson are nearby.

Beautiful Branson Lakeview Home

Beautiful big property-great for our family reunion. The rooms were large and comfortable. Plenty of room inside for our large group and the two decks were perfect for sunsets. We will definitely book it again!

A great family get away!

grandparents with 4 adult children and spouses and 4 grandchildren (age 2, 4, 4 and 6) . had a great time the house worked perfectly for our family - very convenient to down down Branson and surrounding attractions

The only problem was with the fireplace downstairs and the TV in the family room upstairs.
