Peaceful Forest Retreat Minutes from Branson

Looking for a quiet place to unwind that’s still close to everything Branson has to offer? Bluebird Bungalow sits on a wooded lot, giving you the feeling of being tucked away in the forest while still being just a short drive from the attractions, restaurants, and Table Rock Lake.

With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for families and groups to spread out.

The primary bedroom is on the main level and features a king bed, TV, large closet, and private bathroom. Two more bedrooms are also downstairs—one with a king bed and TV, and another with a queen bed and TV.

The living room is a comfortable place to gather after a day of exploring. Between the living room and dining area, you’ll find a unique octagonal pool table that’s perfect for a little friendly competition. We’ve also stocked the house with board games, playing cards, and other games, so there’s plenty to do on a rainy day or a relaxing evening in.

The large dining table makes it easy for everyone to enjoy meals together, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare them. One of our favorite features is the oversized window over the kitchen sink that looks out into the trees—it’s a peaceful view to enjoy while making coffee or cleaning up after dinner.

Upstairs you’ll find two more bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed, while the other is set up with a full bed and two twin beds, making it a great space for kids.

There’s also a small loft that doubles as a fun hangout space. We’ve stocked it with an old VHS TV and player, a collection of classic movies, an original Nintendo NES, and books for a little nostalgic fun.

One thing to note: because of the home’s layout, the upstairs tends to be warmer during the summer. We’ve added window A/C units to both upstairs bedrooms to help keep those spaces comfortable.

Outside, there’s plenty of room to enjoy the fresh air. Gather around the wood-burning fire pit, have dinner on back deck, play a game of horseshoes, or shoot some hoops on the basketball goal.

Whether you’re spending your days at Silver Dollar City, Table Rock Lake, hiking nearby trails, or catching one of Branson’s many shows, Bluebird Bungalow is a peaceful place to come home to at the end of the day.

We provide starter consumables such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and coffee. If supplies are not sufficient, additional items are available at nearby stores. For other important notes, see the House Rules section.
**House Rules:**

**Smoke-Free Property** — This home and property are entirely smoke-free. Smoking or vaping on the premises is strictly prohibited. If evidence of smoking or vaping is found, including odor, a $300 fine will be imposed.

**Parking** — Please park in designated areas only. Do not block driveways or park on the lawn.

**Remote Controls** — Please ensure all remotes are left at the property. A $25 fee will be charged for any missing remotes.

**Consumables** — We provide a starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and coffee. If supplies run low, additional items are available at nearby stores.

**Quiet Hours** — 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of neighbors.

**Pets (Pet-Friendly Properties Only)** — Up to 2 dogs, 40 lbs or under, are permitted with a $75 fee per pet. Pets are not allowed on furniture, must be cleaned up after in the yard, and must be crated if left alone in the property.

**Age Requirement** — The primary renter must be at least 21 years old and must be present throughout the stay. No reservations accepted for guests under 21.

**No Parties** — Parties and events are not permitted on the premises.

**Excessive Cleaning** — A fee will be charged for cleaning beyond normal wear and tear (stained linens, excessive trash, etc.). Fee is based on extent of cleaning required.

**Long-Term Stays** — Bookings exceeding 2 weeks require a mid-stay inspection and cleaning at the guest`s expense.

**Security** — Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
