Welcome to Rockwall Cottage, a newly renovated condo minutes from famous Branson attractions. The home is tastefully designed with neutral decor and modern furnishings that are sure to please every guest.

The Space:
The main living area is open-concept allowing all guests to join the conversation. The living room highlights ample seating, a TV, and access to the balcony outside. The balcony with outside seating is the perfect space to start your mornings with a caffeinated brew in hand.

The kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and everything you need to whip up meals from home. A blender, toaster, and coffee maker are also available for your convenience. Steps from the kitchen, a beautiful farmhouse-style dining table seats 6. A high-top table and stools are adjacent to the dining area for more casual meals.

The home sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably between 3 lovely bedrooms. Each space is furnished with beautiful accents and luxe linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.

- Bedroom #1 is decked out with a King bed, TV, and private en-suite. The en-suite features a shower/tub combo.
- Bedroom #2 is outfitted with a Queen-over-Full bunk bed
- Bedroom #3 highlights a King bed and TV
- An additional full bathroom features a shower/tub combo and is stocked to serve guests.


THINGS TO NOTE:
- This is a walk-up unit requiring you to take the stairs with 17 steps to reach the entry door.
- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.
- This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
- There are unassigned parking spaces for 2 vehicles
- A laundry room off of the kitchen is available for guest use
- A Ring doorbell is located on the unit, which captures both stairwells of each unit entryway for security purposes. The camera is actively recording.
- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.
- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

Rockwall Cottage is situated in the heart of Branson, 10-minutes from the famous Branson Strip with music venues, restaurants, shopping, and activities that the entire family can enjoy! Historic Downtown Branson is 7.5 miles away and is a commonplace to stumble upon live music, a festival, or other noteworthy events. Table Rock and Taneycomo Lakes both offer water sports, fishing, and outdoor activities. The list of “things to do” is truly endless!

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
