Great house for adult families, minus a handful of issues

My family (10 people) really enjoyed the beautiful decor and the living space which had enough comfy seating for everyone in our party and a giant dining table for meals and playing games/puzzles. Many King en-suites a huge plus. Kitchen small but pretty well equipped minus no scissors or baking trays, and cookware was not clean. Very comfortable bedrooms/baths, minus some ill-fitting/leaking shower curtains and cleaning could be better in bathrooms. Very nice roof-top although weather way to hot for us to use but once, had only a sliver of a view to the water, and grill/fridge didn’t work well enough to use. Other grill was a blackstone that needed much cleaning before we could use it. Wifi was ok sometimes and other times very slow—it should be able to support 10 people all the time—rebooted router a lot. Maintenance guys were very responsive to issues. Amenities in the listing & via host seems generalized for all their properties so if it really matters, triple-check with them.

Perfect girls trip location!

It was quiet, looked even bigger than the photos, and plenty of room for everybody. The rooftop was just beautiful! The door to the rooftop had some mosquitos hanging out, but other than that it was perfectly tidy and clean. The location was great, although some uber drivers had a difficult time finding it - Lyft and Google Maps had no problem though! Also, all of the staff was so accommodating, helpful, and communicative!

Spring Break

This property was perfect for a two family spring break vacation. On site pools and fishing, as well as, the house itself made it just as fun to stay on property as it was to head into Branson for amusement. When we did leave the property, the location was close to all other Branson attractions and the furthest we went away was still only 15 minutes back to the house. Great for families with younger kids like ours.

Family Retreat

We brought 3 families with 6 kids ages 18mo-8yo plus grandma and grandpa. Overall, our stay was fantastic, only a few things we would recommend. Things to improve:-Add Hand soap at all sinks -More trash bags (1.5 per day would be best). -Towels for hot tub would be nice so we don’t have to use the same as shower towels. -Maybe more spatulas for flipping things. And more tongs. One of each wasn’t enough.-Sponge or something to wash dishes with in the kitchen sink.-The outside doors to the patios need locks so babies don’t escape. This was the only downside on our vacation. The upstairs deck was amazing, but trying to keep the kids from going up was exhausting. I understand not wanting to get locked out there, so maybe adding a chain lock up top? -A hand towel would be nice upstairs at the sink outside the bunk room if washing hands. We added some paper towels. Things we loved:-The shampoo and bar of soap to get you buy for a shower if you forgot some-The extra blankets on the beds-We made muffins and were thankful for muffin tins!-Thankful for hangers in the closet -We love the outdoor fire and hot tub!-The decor and furniture was very nicely done.-TVs in all rooms was nice.-Thankful for the black blinds for the blackout effect in the bedroom. Brilliant!It’s very nicely decorated and was a great place to keep 14 people. The clock in the living room is fantastic. Thanks for the stay!

Multi-Generational Family Getaway

It is a unique property that accommodated our entire family very comfortably (3 kids, 3 adults & 3 seniors) The living room space has multiple couches and chairs to fit a large party. We utilized the hot tub every night. Unfortunately, it was too cold to use the rooftop and the outdoor heaters did not work. We cooked breakfast every morning. I would recommend bringing a sponge from home to clean pots and pans. They provide dish soap and dishwasher detergent but nothing to scrub the pans with. The beds were very comfortable. However, I’d recommend bringing a pillow from home. The pillows are very low quality and not comfortable. I was dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the property. There was so much dust on the ceiling pans that it was hanging over the fan blades. There was dust all along the baseboards that was very visible, especially in the bathrooms. We found hairs in our showers and on our sheets. One bathroom doesn't have a liner on the shower curtain so it is turning yellow at the bottom. There was also a lot of hair stuck to the shower curtain. The downstairs was very clean but I don't think it was vacuumed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I do believe the cleaning issues can be addressed and this property would be spectacular.

Stay was great -- we did have some issues with electrical and maintenance and an electrician were quickly on site. Followed up by check in by property management -- wonderful facility and great service. Thank you! Made our Thanksmas the best one yet!

My wife and I loved the large living space. House is located just a few minutes from everything so that was a plus. My only suggestion is to trim the trees down a bit so we could enjoy the lake view from the top deck.

Nice Property - security is a concern

From most standpoints, this is an excellent property with great amenities. It was a good layout for our team meetings which included three couples and three singles, so 9 people. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it as it has three exterior doors without locks. These are in the back on the second floor and there are no exterior stairs to them, but it would not be difficult for one or two people to climb up and enter. If you are considering the property, also note that one of the main bedrooms does not have its own bath, and one is just for kids (it has 4 bunks). This kids room also does not have a closet. The property description said hair dryers were included, but this was not the case, possibly because the property is very new and they are still finishing small details. Overall, we had a delightful stay but would not return due to the lack of security.

Excellent house, inconvenient checkin process

The house was clean, new, had excellent beds and amazing rooftop patio. The problem is, getting there. In today’s world of keypads on doors why do you have to drive through heavy traffic to the clubhouse miles away to check in? I told and spelled to them my first and last name. The staff there insisted I take someone else’s reservation. Instead of asking questions they brought the manager who told me in a tone not to be bothered with that I accept the house located miles away from the one I booked. They courteously allowed me to see the pictures of it. It was some nicer and quite a bit bigger. Oh well, but why did they insist on changing my reservation so drastically? I showed them it on my phone but it was no use. We had to upgrade for no additional cost. Lol! Then, he pushed a paper across the table that showed our checkout to be five days later. We had booked for two. After stopping him, I asked to read the name of the person on the screen. He turned the screen and pointed. That’s not me, I insisted. I have no idea who that is. He had my drivers license. 🤔 He then asked for my name all over again. He crumpled the paper he had given me and said we don't need this one. Then got up wordlessly and picked a new paper up and gave me the correct reservation. Going straight to house could’ve avoided this incompetence. Only 6 washcloths in a house that can sleep 14. But a painful corporate process to get someone to respond and deliver. You are just a number here.
