« I booked this for my parents. They loved this house and location. They said altho there were houses on both sides it felt secluded and quiet. They enjoyed the view from the deck, deer on the lawn, and fishing from the pier in the back yard. This is a place they would want to stay at again. »

« Karen's house was wonderful. This was the perfect house to enjoy the Outer Banks. To start, Karen is very responsive to email. She answered my emails within about 30 min and was accommodating. « This is our second time there. Only negative thing is, could use some sprucing up like painting the ceiling in the downstairs bathroom and a few other small things. « Travis the owner is AMAZING. Having him as our neighbor could not have been any better. This review however is for vacasa... The pictures were incorrect i have screen shots of them and the emails i got. The listing said outdoor recreation and stated i would receive a separate email to get discount rentals. WRONG!! After several calls and emails they claim they do not do this. Again i have screen shots of everything. Then to beat all they changed the pictures after i questioned about the kayaks...
