Celebrating special occasions!
The property was nicely furnished and modern, the kitchen especially was very well stocked and really spacious and clean! Great location, close to shops and the sea. Everyone seemed to have a great time! The only down side was that we did feel slightly grilled by Michael when we first arrived about some of the rules, which made us feel worried about things like accidently getting makeup on bedding etc., the decor was abit tired and dusty in places, windows could have done with a clean, but these things didn’t really impact our stay. There were a lot of stairs, especially if you were sleeping on the top floor and needed to go and get a drink from the kitchen which wa din the basement, but that’s just me showing my age!! All in all we had a fab long weekend, the weather was great and the house suited our group 😃

Juliana, Glad you had a great stay. Did you have 3 cars? Sorry you had this expense but next time you may want to consider the cheaper options such as the parking apps or parking out of town for free and get the but/Cab back into town. It's quick and easy too.

Wonderful!
The house is beautiful and we couldn't have had a better stay. The kitchen is huge and equipped with everything you might need. The living room is really welcoming and the bedrooms are just as you see in the photos. What you can't see is how comfortable the beds are with premium linens, feather pillows and cosy, high quality duvets. Everywhere was also pristine clean. The owner was there to welcome us when we arrived and to show us around etc. Waitrose and Sainsbury's are both at the top of the road and we were able to walk everywhere. We highly recommend staying here.

Family holiday - birthday celebration
Fabulous stay in lovely house, very close to amenities and plenty of facilities in house. Loads of space for a family of 9. Lovely decor and plenty of things to do in Brighton. Lovely warm welcome from Micheal when we arrived too. Only 1 minor issue was it was advertised with roof terrace and bbq and neither available. Wouldn’t of been a problem but had ordered shopping with lots of bbq food.

Our stay at 20 Sillwood Road, Brighton
The property was as advertised, very good and very well cleaned when we arrived. It is only about 200 yards to the beach and many local bars and restaurants. Overall a lovely place to stay and room enough for 5 adults and 4 children.

Weekend stay for a wedding
Myself and my family rented this house for a long weekend as my sister was getting married in Brighton. The check in process was simple and Michael was super helpful with any questions we had. The large kitchen/ diner was a selling point and was where we spent most of our time from getting our hair done to family dinners. The beds were super comfy in every room and each room was clean and smelt amazing. The only downside was not being able to use the roof top terrace, we understood the reasoning why but that was part of the reason we chose that house and it wasn’t communicated to us until on the day. We would recommend this house to anyone and we would definitely come back again if we had the chance!

Great location and lovely decor
Big spacious rooms, lots of bathrooms so our family of 9 didn’t feel like we were on top of each other at any point. Michael the property manager was lovely and communication with the host was good. Location is fantastic, so walkable to everything!

What a smashing place to stay for conference at Brighton Centre - clean as a whistle. Excellent kitchen diner, where the group spent most of our time together. All rooms were spot on. We'll stay here again.

This house is fantastic our whole party absolutely loved it. The kitchen is great for a large get together and so well equipped, Comfy cozy lounge but enough seats for us all. Gute Lage, direkt fußläufig zum Meer und auch zur Innenstadt von Brighton, sowie zum Royal Pavilion. Gute Bahnverbindung nach London für Tagesausflüge. Das Haus ist geräumig mit toll eingerichteter Küche. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

The property is well equipped, well decorated, in a great location and comfortable for 8 adults. My only slight disappointment was the bathrooms don’t really match the standard of the rest of the house and hot water was a bit of an issue! Other than that it was excellent.

We booked the house for my family to stay in during our wedding. The house is beautiful, the location is absolutely perfect. Everything you could need is supplied and Tania is just a phone call or message away if you have any questions. My family’s stay there was wonderful and I don’t think they wanted to leave ! Perfect House
We loved our weekend in Brighton! This house is perfectly located for city centre and the lanes, beach front and into Hove too! House is great, we were a group of 12 and was concerned that even though the house holds that many we would be cramped but not at all it’s deceiving how big it is. House and linen was very clean, super comfy duvets and mattresses felt like a hotel standard. Would highly recommend!

Lovely, well equipped house in great location.
The house was exactly as advertised. The beds were very comfortable and every room clean and well layed out. We spent most of our time in the kitchen/dining/terrace area as it was the coolest part of the house during the heatwave and a great social space. Brilliant location for exploring Brighton. Surrounded by shops, cafes, pubs, and restaurants we were spoiled for choice. The lovely pebble beach is just a short walk away as is the Upside Down house and 360 Tower. Would highly recommend this property.

Great stay in lovely house and great location
Check-in was easy, the guy even helped put away our shopping delivery! The house is great, very good furbishing and decor, and exactly what we wanted (6 adults, 4 kids). Location very good, only about 300 yards to the beach, good local shops and restaurants and not far from the town centre, shops and the Lanes. Communication with the owners prior to arrival was very good. Overall a great place to stay for a family get-away - can't recommend it too highly!!

The property was in a nice location within a short walk to the beach.
The property was very well equipped and in a good location. The overall cleanliness was excellent and that was down to the property manager Michael. The only problem was the number of steps so wouldn't recommend to anyone with mobility problems.

Fantastic house in a fantastic location
A wonderful house close to the beach and an abundance of top quality bars and restaurants. We were met by Michael who had ensured the house was spotlessly prepared - thanks Michael. The house itself was spacious and beautifully furnished with a great roof terrace which got plenty of use thanks to the weather we enjoyed. The kitchen / breakfast area deserves a particular mention with top quality units and equipment, and which became the focus for mealtimes and to play various games from the well stocked cupboard. The property is highly recommended.

First visit to Brighton
Our 2021 family holiday at Brighton did not disappoint... we all had a fabulous week with fabulous weather in a fabulous centrally located house. The house was great for all of us, we tend to cook most of the week and the kitchen was well equipped. Cant fault the house to be honest. Maybe constructive criticism.. id suggest in updating the terrace and roof terrace furniture as its a little tired. Would definitely return here though without doubt.

The terrace is on our to-do list, we had a back to back summer so no time to get up there yet, but we are on it and will update the new pictures as we are going glam, black, gold and twinkle lights, for an evening under the stars feel. Dont be fooled by the pictures on the web site.
We arrived on the day of check in, 15 mins before checkin time and the cleaner was still cleaning the house after previous people. He was cleaning until gone 7pm on his own in this large house. He was very apologetic and did the best he could but it was not acceptable practice. We could’nt get settled or unpacked til into the night. The house seems ok initially but really in need of some TLC now. The photos on the listing must be years old as the furniture, woodwork and fittings are all tired and grubby. Used Oust on the furniture as it was very smelly. Redecoration and cleaning is very much required. There are water marks on ceilings and down walls from flooded plumbing thats been there years as its chrystallising! The showers are mouldy and unhealthy and need updating. Had to use spray bleach on the things before i would use it! People shouldnt have to use facilities like this these days. The house could be so much better if cared for. The diswasher was falling out of its housing so my husband found some screws and repaired it. I hurt my legs twice on it. Took 10 mins to fix. I think that the property is suited for the hen/stag market more than for couples who are looking for a comfortable, desirable stay in Brighton.
