The house was clean, the location was amazing, and it looked exactly as photographed. However, the check-in process and communication were the worst I've ever experienced. Despite paying in full, including a bond and an additional fee for early check-in, I received a message upon landing in Australia that my booking was declined. This was because the name on the booking (my name) and the credit card used for payment didn't match.I managed to resolve this issue, but then faced another problem: the initial credit card used for payment and the final one didn't match either (my husband had lost his card and had it reissued with a new number). I couldn't simply send a photo of the card as proof; instead, I had to log into our banking, upload proof of the payments, and then upload this information to another location for the owner to access.Eventually, I received the check-in details, but only after missing the early check-in, which caused a lot of stress. I did get a refund for the early check-in fee after requesting it.
