Our home is part of a new estate, with other homes still under construction nearby. While the street may carry the occasional sound of progress 🚧 during the day.

• 🌿 3 cosy queen bedrooms make our place your home away from home. Master bedroom has an ensuite & there is another bathroom with bathtub &shower.

The whole place is for our guests.

We give guests full privacy but are always available if needed. Message us anytime and we’ll be happy to help. Emergency contact details are also provided after booking.

1. Quiet hours from 9pm — no parties or events is allowed. Please respect the neighbourhood 🥰

2. A refundable damage deposit of $300 is required before check-in. This will be fully returned within 5-7 days of checkout (depending on your bank), provided the home is left in good condition.

3. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible with prior arrangement

4. Pets are welcome by request only — an additional fee of $150 per pet per stay applies to cover up extra cleaning required after your stay.

5. Please send us a quick message when you check out so we can notify our cleaning team

6. Excessive mess, lost keys, or unreported damage may result in additional charges
