When I messaged the host asking where the washing machine was, the host sent a video and instructions with a key code to an entry door on a different floor to access the washer/dryer in a hallway of the main floor. „Our stay was great a property like this is hard to find with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The property was very close to Central Park and the Subway. With sleeping up to 8 people my only suggestion would be add some mirrors to the bedrooms so someone csn be getting ready while others are showering. Carmen was very easy to work with and quick to respond to Amy questions. Would highly recommend. “
