« Nice location with beautiful views of Smokey mountains. A bit of a narrow winding road to get to it. Bedrooms were very nice and the beds comfortable. The kitchen is small but serviceable. Kitchen pots and pans and utensils limited but ok for basic dinners (spaghetti, etc). Overall satisfying and a great value. »

« This being only our second time to be in Gatlinburg, we were not sure what to expect. The condo was perfect for what we needed. The view was great and we had a chance to see a beautiful big black bear down below our balcony which was exciting to see. Our visit to Gatlinburg could not have been any better. »

« Location perfect and safe, However, really worn, dusty and outdated Sliding door did not lock and bannister on balcony loose. Hot water ran out before 1/2 before jets. Host texted multiple times before and during even though was aware it was a birthday trip. Also sent a text during birthday dinner offering a side deal to stay longer or checkout 2 hours later and we could leave 20 on the counter. Could hear pipes, etc. all night even though not many residents. Would recommended if just looking...

« Very clean and comfortable. Perfect amount of space for our family of 4. Kids slept great with comfortable beds and darkening curtains. The area was peaceful and quiet. Good restaurants within a few minutes drive. The drive up was curvy and a little precarious, but that’s to be expected with mountain roads. Would definitely recommend this condo for a stay in Gatlinburg. »

« Pool listed in photo is not at this location so we didn't get to enjoy it and AC not working in unit which made for a very uncomfortable night (especially upstairs) and no fans to circulate air. Property manager offered to send someone the next day, but we decided to check out. Please note that the roads are very steep, narrow and not easy in larger SUV's. Loved the condo, but we would not return to this property. Also told to click on link for info, but it didn't work so never able to view...

« Beautiful place to stay, with amazing views of Smoky Mountains and all the comfort you need for family of four. The owners are super friendly and provided all the information and amenities to make check in and stay very comfortable. The condo is clean and very spacious with great views from every room. Most special time was watching the sunrise from the living room. We would love to come again in the summer and stay at this wonderful place. »
