« I loved the location and the layout of the property. All of the cabins have their own porch with chairs and picnic tables. There is lakefront access with a boat dock, launch site and outdoor pool and park space. They are pet friendly which was what I needed as I was traveling with my dog. I needed a place to stay for the weekend while I was working and it was perfect. I had a small kitchen, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. « Check in was easy. No issues. My guys arrived and ac was out. Water was scorching hot w/ no cold water available so they couldn't shower. I contacted them at 11 with no response until 4:30. I had already booked another cabin as I cannot wait for these issues to be fixed while renting and expecting these services. I asked for a refund but was denied. She said I didn't give her time to fix the issues. »

« We had a great 4th of July weekend right in the water at the studio cabin. The water was cool and refreshing, the sheets and bed were cozy, and customer service was 100% on par. « It tooks us about 30 minutes to get the informacion on how to get in the resort and our tent. The jacuzzi didn't work and worst of all the A/C stopped cooling on day 2. Put in a request for maintenance, they told us it was after hour. We asked that they come checking in the morning. No one came, no one called us. Nothing. We ended up leaving and going to a hotel room to stay cool. It's a shame that it is being ran this way, the place has a beautiful setting. »
