« I really enjoyed the hippos grazing at night. The staff also built us a bonfire the first night we were there and we were able to eat around it. The biggest problem was they said we were not expected ( even though my name was clearly on their guest list) and that they did not know we had a 6 year old with us. They were very confused at first and did not know how to handle the situation. One man was very unfriendly. »

« Large rooms, good location, clean. I would not book this hotel through Expedia, however, because they were very confused. I am not sure how Expedia liaises with hotels, because they seemed to have never heard of Expedia and I am concerned that they may not have the correct systems in place to record and access payments.
