« 3 nuits sur place, hôtel bien situé, proche des autoroutes. Chambre très bien, très grande, top. Sauf : petit dej juste bien, machine à café toujours en manque d’eau, jus d’orange en panne, 3 petit dej identiques. Pas de ménage prévu pour les séjours jusqu’à 3 nuits, il faut demander des serviettes de rechange. Personnel sympathique, lorsqu’on les voit. »

« Tout était étriqué dans ce séjour. Il a fallu réclamer des serviettes, le petit dej était très peut fourni, il ne fallait pas prendre trop de glace, et la chambre était très moyenne . L accueil un peu froid et presque tendu. »

« Pool out of service, everything from drinking fountains to toilet seat in the room was broken and not working. In the fitness area, the machines and water dispenser were broken. The room was nasty. This is, perhaps, the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. The air conditioning didn’t cool very well, and thank goodness there was a microwave in the breakfast area, because the food was cold. Even the juice machine, which probably has never been cleaned, dispensed watery, disgusting juice. This property...

« One elevator (of two) was not working which meant a long wait for the one operable elevator. The microwave in my originally assigned room was not working. As a result, the only option was to change rooms which was very inconvenient. The person at the front desk was generally uncooperative regarding the microwave issue. None of the local tv channels in San Antonio were accessible. In general, I would not recommend this property for travelers staying in San Antonio. »

« We booked this place because it had an indoor pool, a workout room, and breakfast. Well, when we arrived, the front desk informed us that the pool was not really available due to the heating system..the water was freezing! We could barely keep our feet in the water before our feet went numb. The workout room was ok, only two of the three treadmills worked, and they had sticky gooey stuff on them. The first morning breakfast was good, plenty to choose from, the second morning the place was packed...

« Don’t be fooled by the front desk presentation of a clean façade. The room was dirty. There was water coming from the side of a wall. The shower was dirty and the floors were moldy. I did not trust the furniture or sheets but it was too late and I just wanted to go to bed. There was also a weird smell… not worth the price. There was Gnats as well in the room… »

« The furnitures outdoor is durty (cushion) but Hotel is refreshing is very good ..its perfect »

« This has been a great hotel to stay at. My doctor's office is around the corner. You have at least 3 restaurants within walking distance. You also have Walmart and Costco nearby. Just didn't like that whomever was staying at the 4th floor above us kept on stepping hard since 5am. Also the water pressure was low this time around. »
