The water pressure was very poor and only one of the three desk staff were pleasant toward guests, including us. « The rooms were cleaned and the staff engages as you pass them. Family friendly with lots of activities for the kids to do on the resort. One of the slides at the waterpark was down so we didnt get to get on it during our stay. »

« Very clean room, EXCELLENT STAFF from the front desk to the housekeeping staff everyone is VERY NICE and I would highly recommend this place for singles, couples or families! Pets are welcomed and it's a quiet property with very well lit areas that feel safe inside and out. »

« The customer service was friendly. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The lobby was cute and smelled nice. Negative points: The breakfast was downright awful. There was little to no options in terms of what to eat. It was self-service with nothing hot. There was 3 types of cereal (Cheerios, Shredded wheats and a green colored cereal) There was a waffle maker however, and it was bland. The creamer looked old and I was nervous to use it for coffee.
