Check-in was a terrible experience, it took about 4 hours and moving to 4 different rooms, one of which ALREADY HAD A FAMILY INSIDE AS I WALKED IN. I booked a Junior Suite for 2 adults and 2 kids (ages 17 and 10).
The initial room we were placed in only had one bed, the front desk stated they booked rooms by people and not number of beds. I’m not sure how they expected all 4 of us to sleep in one bed. There was not even a sofa bed and not really any room for a roll-away.
They sent us to another Junior Suite with two beds. In this room there was a vent with a constant drip above the toilet, causing the toilet seat to be wet, as well as the floor around it. Not to mention the dripping onto any person that would be sitting on the toilet. The maintenance person was unable to fix it.
We were then upgraded to an Executive Suite. As we arrive to now our 3rd room, I open the door to see an array of personal belongings and another party already being settled into the room.
As we get back to the front desk, Fernando and the desk supervisor Alan were inconsiderate of everything we had already been through attempting to check-in. They were very reluctant in offering a $100 credit and felt we should be satisfied with the upgrade to the executive suite and be ok with walking in on another family and having to move again to now a 4th room.
We asked to speak to the manager which initially Alan stated was not on the premise. After pushing to speak to the manager one suddenly appeared.
