* Please note that this is a basement suite. While the space is private, there is an upper-level residence, so guests may occasionally hear normal household noise such as footsteps or voices. We ask all occupants to be respectful of one another, but if you're particularly sensitive to noise, this may not be the best fit for your stay.

* The backyard is a shared space and is also used by the upper unit occupants.

* The garage is not for guest use.

*We only have horse trailer parking and no other trailers are permitted.

During the winter months, guests can enjoy the beautiful snowy surroundings of the property. Please note that snowfall can occasionally be heavy, and driveway snow clearing may not always be immediately available.

For your convenience, snow shovels and ice melt may be available at the property for use when needed. We recommend exercising extra caution when walking or driving during snowy or icy conditions.
