« Tout était très bien, personnel très réceptif à nos attentes! Simplement pas totalement tranquille! À notre arrivée, on nous as aidé en nous changeant de chambre à cause d’un chien sur notre étage qui jappait sans cesse, et des personnes dans la nuit on fait la fête avec de la musique très forte… »

« Outstanding room. Outstanding service. I was driving away and realized that I had forgotten a phone charger. I called the front desk and the gentleman there went up to my room, retrieved the charger and called me back within five minutes. Walking distance to casino. »

« Nice room, larger than most. Staff was very helpful and friendly. There is a shuttle that tuns from the Bee Hotel, to The Holbrook and then to the casino, very nice amenity. Room was clean, appliances seem to be almost new. Decorated very nicely. Would highly recommend. If I have a need to visit Danville again (which has a lot more to see than I expected) I'd stay here again. »

« Most of the staff was excellent. We asked front desk staff (no concierge) about several things going on (in the downtown area). They had no clue. The hotel is downtown, these were events that occur ever year - such as the Porch Fest and the Wine Festival at the Farmer's Market. No one had a clue - we asked about the shuttle dropping us off there and they looked at each other and would not answer our questions. ??? »

« Nous avions besoin d un hotel pour y passer la nuit avant de reprendre la route, pensant avoir réserver un bel hotel ... Quel déception lorsque j ai ouvert la porte de la chambre. Une odeur horrible, mélange d urine et humidité . Nous avons demande de changer de chambre et pareil! Lit avec draps sale sur le dessus et froissé . Meuble de la chambre très abîmé ,pas d armoire ni même de fer a repasser . Dans la salle de bain il y a un sèche cheveu , mais c est pour la décoration car aucune prise ou...
