« I would have given this property 10 + for location and cleanliness. It has an amazing pool, right next to a shopping center, buses to Funchal center and a levada. Alexandro is a guy that manages the apartment and he is super nice and helpful. The only drawback is the noise from the nearby construction site that happens between 9 and 5 pm. « This penthouse was perfect for our needs. The balcony area was a perfect spot for an afternoon nap! We were 2 couples with one over 6 ft tall man, so the 2 bedrooms with king sized beds and 2 separate bathrooms made it so perfect and easy so we could all get ready at the same time. We did not stay there as what we bought was not even near what the host presented to us.
