« There is a house in front of the condo that does somewhat obstruct the view of the beach (see photos). There is new construction to the south of the unit that looks like it will be fairly tall but hard to know what impact that will have. Our host Nick was quick to respond when we had a couple of questions during the stay. The parking area is tight. « We stayed in Villa Teatro which has a private deck with ocean views. Upon arrival, we realized our unit hadn't been cleaned. The staff was quick to remedy our situation and refunded our cleaning fee for the inconvenience. So many amenities within walking distance: grocery, restaurants, shopping, but most of all the BEACH! Our villa had everything you could think of to make your stay pleasurable. It was furnished with beautiful paintings by the artist Wyland. The only negative was the sofa bed....
