„Quiet, cozy home. The house was very clean and accommodating when we arrived. There were many thoughtful things left for our use if needed. Including kitchen and bathroom items. Plenty of games and movies around to keep us entertained. Everything you would need for showers and bedding and it was clean and ready to use. The beds were very comfortable. „We had a little trouble getting the door code to work but Cate was soooo responsive that it really didn’t delay us much. They have thought of everything- you really don’t need to bring anything with you except clothes (they even have laundry detergent) and food. (And maybe hair conditioner). It was truly a perfect get-away for us. We will definitely be back (hopefully when less cloudy since I suspect the night sky would be amazing). „Heavy cleaning solution smell upon walking in. Queen mattresses on full frames so mattresses wouldn't lay flat (had to modify myself for some comfort) shower curtain poorly mounted/cheap rod leaving water pouring onto bathroom floor at start of shower (excellent water pressure though!) no way to lower heat so left window open all night but no fan to move air around. Attempt to a boutique style place but only 80%. Small things but all adds up. I'd consider staying again. “

„Beautiful lake front property with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Cool workout area with sauna that we only wish we had used more. Deck with nice view of Waneta Lake and easy access from house to dock for lake swimming and other water activities. A bit of a drive to nearest towns and most wineries and breweries but overall good location on smaller more accessible lake. Host was very responsive to questions and thankfully was not needed for any issues. Overall great experience.“

Kitchen was great and unfortunately we didn't get to use the beautiful front porch this trip. No clutter for little boys to get into. It was perfect for us!“

„Very clean and comfortable. Location is great because lots of land and no intrusive neighbors. Hosts might be the best of any place we’ve stayed- no long list of rules and cameras everywhere. This makes you feel very welcome. Also very well stocked kitchen. Will definitely stay here again if it’s available when we visit the finger lakes.“
