« This is a cute cabin with a peaceful river in the backyard. The cabin was clean, well taken care of with any supply you might need. The owner was very helpful. He gave us lots of hiking ideas. The only thing is the internet was spotty and was challenging for my husband to work. BUT that is understandable in the country! »

« It is as advertised, a cozy cabin. Newly remodeled and very comfortable for 2 adults (and maybe 2 small children). It was very clean with minimal accessories but very functional. The driveway is STEEP. We would rent here again. »

« What an incredible experience. The cabin was the perfect size for me and my very tall boyfriend, it had everything we could possibly need. It was clean, bed was comfy, ac worked amazingly and the outdoor space is perfect. The property is set up so well that you feel secluded without actually being secluded, we are already planning our next visit. »

« Stayed here just the two of us (my wife and myself) for our wedding anniversary. The house is huge and very nicely decorated, clean with beautify views. Far away from noise and people with beautiful hiking trails just a walk down the street. A+ if you want to get away from the city without other tourists around. »

« Spacious, cozy and tranquil is what you’ll get at this quiet and comfortable cabin in the quaint town of Franconia. The kitchen was easy to cook in with it being mostly stocked with everything you need to prepare most meals. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms to spread out and all the wooded trails to walk or hike! We even spotted a snowshoe hare on one of our hikes! »

« Our group really enjoyed the large house and balcony. It was comfortable cooking in the kitchen, especially with the island for surface space. The living room library and movie selections and nearby community center was a plus as well. Josh was an excellent host. »

« Although this rental is starting to show its age and has some minor cosmetic issues, its pluses far outweigh them. The view is amazing, especially the sunrise. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, you can find it outside and inside due to the size and layout of the house. My brother who loves to cook and is excellent at it, found the kitchen stocked with every utensil and gadget a chef of his caliber needed. Bill is a very accommodating and attentive host. »
