Game Barn! Next to Central Park! 2 Blocks 2 Beach/Resturants/Shops

Welcome to Cape Glen Haven in the Historic District of Cape Charles, where the porch sitting is top notch! The 1933 Craftsman style home has a fully fenced backyard and is Pet Friendly! Snuggle up next to the fire pit under the twinkle lights and your very own game barn which features, (pool table, skee-ball, ping pong, and corn hole). Plan a day at the beach that's just a short 2 block walk or enjoy Central Park right outside your door. The towns Restaurants and Shops are just stroll down the street (2 blocks away) with boutique shops and restaurants that you can enjoy watching the sunset over the bay. We are right next to Central Park fountain, sit on the porch and listen to concerts in the park!

Inside Space:
Enter from the porch you walk into the historic Craftsman style family room w/ smart TV and sectional sofa. The dining room is on your left, with extendable table and plenty of seating. Continue into the fully stocked kitchen. 1st floor Laundry room is just off the kitchen. The back door off the Kitchen leads to a utility room w/ 1/2 Bathroom. Continue out the backdoor to the fully fenced backyard. The private outdoor shower is on your right.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a newly remodeled full bathroom. King bed in the Master, Queen bed in the 2nd room which has its own porch w/ seating area. The 3rd bedroom upstairs has 1 custom bunk bed and one single loft bed(all twin size).

Outside Space:
The front porch has lots of seating including a large porch swing and several Adirondacks.
The fenced backyard is designed for family fun regardless of the weather. A fire pit, Adirondacks, picnic table, fenced yard to keep kids and pets safe and of course the Game Barn! The Game Barn has a porch with swings, pool table/ping pong, Skeeball, wine barrel chairs, and mini fridge! There is also an outdoor shower attached to the back of the house for rinsing off after a beach day.
