« Amazing! There was not one thing missing ! The host put so much thought into stalking the kitchen with supply’s! The house was immaculate ! Location was amazing so close to everything! The house is set off the street in a private area . Cable and internet were strong ! Game /reading porch stocked puzzles games books! The house was so comfortable ! Cousins weekend away ! »

« The house was beautiful, the view of the river was lovely, and our 3 boys loved the backyard and exploring the water access area. It was very centrally located to Portland and an easy drive to get everywhere. We also appreciated Nick's emailed list of suggested restaurants and activities and used some of his suggestions which was great as we had never been to the area before. We would definitely stay again! »

« This house worked perfectly for my family. We were traveling to Kennebunkport with 9 adults and two small children. Beautiful fully stocked kitchen, two updated bathrooms, nice backyard with 2 fire pits! Everything we needed was in the house. Would highly recommend this home. « We had a great stay at Heron’s Perch! This house has lots of space for hanging out and sleeping. The beds are comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels provided and a well stocked kitchen. Our absolute favorite was the wonderful, private front porch. This house is within walking distance to everything down front on the island. If you’re looking for space and being close to the ferry, stores and beaches I would highly recommend. »
