« Pictures and description were accurate. Owner very nice, but procedures could have been more forthcoming. Beds, pillows and towels were excellent. Window AC was below average in sweltering heat and not the best. Nice seating and tables, just small. When there was an issue, owner was on top of it. Overall positive stay. 2 BR cheaper than 2 hotel rooms. »

« We had such a great experience at this stay. From how communicative the host is to feasibility of check in/out, the stay was stress free and accommodating. The host provided concise instructions, great hospitality and timely responses to questions which made this trip that more enjoyable. « The neighborhood is pretty decent, although it looks like it is going through a rebuilding process at the time I stayed. The place was a bit dusty, the owner did not respond well when I needed it, some of the furniture was really cheap and wobbly, and the bed was horrible. I would say, in hindsight, I wish I had picked another place for the money I spent. »

« This was our first time in Washington and I would caution everyone to avoid NW if possible. Was convenient to the DC Streetcar however the unit is located almost directly over a liquor store and the walk to it was dicey. I wasn't aware but apparently pot is legal and used openly in public. Would not have brought the kids had I been warned. The unit itself was TINY. We felt pretty safe being on the 3rd floor but it was quite noisy from the traffic and late night partiers across the street....

Modern appliances, great shower, and comfortable bed were a definite plus. The building and apartment are secure with codes locks. »

« The host was easy to communicate with. The neighborhood was amazing. The bed was comfy. I wish the floors were cleaner; rugs were dirty as was the bathroom floor. Our space was quite warm at 74 with no ability to adjust, kept opening the window. Also the tv/wifi didnt seem to work. Unable to load anything to watch. »

« Before travelling to Washington I contacted the host to verify that the sofa in this unit was a pull out; we needed two sleeping areas. The host assured me that it was. Upon arrival, we discovered that it was not. The host eventually moved us to another unit. Communication with the host was not easy. As for this property, I would not recommend it. The bed was comfortable and the appliances were very nice. But there was a lot of noise inside the building, from doors slamming and footsteps. There...
