This house was perfect for our faimily. We came in for the weekend to celebrate UNCW graduation. The house has eveything you need to accomadate our family of 12. The views were amazing and a short walk to the beach. I would definitley stay here again.

This property is a 3-story townhome, end unit. Super clean, furnishings are all relatively new including all beds. Kitchen has newer appliances (LG range takes some practice to decipher controls and the timers will beep incessantly). Plenty of dishes, flatware and cooking utensils. All sound facing bedrooms have excellent roller blinds. Dock access and included water sports were great. Owner was very communicative. This might not be the place for you if you don’t like climbing stairs. Also you are in a tightly built area and lots of street noise. Highly recommend.

We booked the house for Thanksgiving and my fathers 80th birthday. Easily fit the entire family and was the perfect spot. There was always something to do with the location and the access to fishing rods and kayaks. I would highly recommend this place.

We had a very nice stay during our long weekend to Carolina Beach. The house was clean and the location to the beach was perfect! We did not use any of the kayaks, but there were plenty available if people wanted to take them out. The views from the bedrooms and living room are beautiful!

We stayed here for a tournament with a bunch of teenagers and we had the best time! Being right on the canal with kayaks and paddleboards available and that awesome deck is what made our trip. Also a very short walk to the beach with ocean and canal views from the top floor made the location our favorite part of the trip. Rooms were plenty big for us all and kitchen was well stocked. Host responded quickly to any of our questions. I have a 3 star for cleanliness because some clothing items were left behind from the previous renter in the bathroom and sand still in the tub. Reported it to the host and they were receptive. Seemed like it might have been a one off thing with the cleaning crew.

The house was just as advertised. The location was perfect. Very close to the beach and right on the intercostal waterway. We rented a golf cart and never used our car while there. The host was very responsive. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Our stay was great! We really enjoyed the property and location. The docks and water access were wonderful. Proximity to the beach was top notch. Our stay was amazing! The house was super clean, well-stocked, and very conveniently located for the beach and inter-coastal waterway. You can see both bodies of water from the house. The sunsets were quite spectacular from the balcony. It was very peaceful and relaxing for three generations of family to stay. Jay, the owner, was extremely responsive and super helpful. Especially, when the four year old locked the bathroom door with no one in it and we were at a loss on how to get it open. 😊 They also had the house decorated for the holidays which made it feel very special. You cannot go wrong by staying here! We will definitely be back.

Fabulous time and wonderful accommodations. Get ready for a lot of steps! The beach was like a private beach and the sound was wonderful for kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming. We loved watching the weather from the balcony. Highly recommended!

We loved everything about Carolina Beach ! We have been OBXers for 30+ years and we wanted to experience something different. Needless to say we were not disappointed! I was pleasantly surprised by this wonderful condo and Carolina beach! The condo was very clean and the views are amazing. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck every morning enjoying the canal views and in the evening the beautiful sunsets. Very short easy walk to the beach. Starfish beach access was not crowded and we never had an issue finding a spot. There is a very nice neighborhood about a quarter mile away for walking off of the main road. Lots of steps in the condo, but not an issue for us. Gave us justification to eat more Britts doughnuts! We truly enjoyed our week and would definitely return!
