„Great location, smooth check-in, very clean“

„Nicole did a great job with the entire house, looks like the photos, very warm and cozy feel. Fully furnished and and stocked linen closet for all your needs. Our communication was top notch, starting with check in and closing process, but also with questions about Holly Hill, too. Very nice quiet stay, in quaint town very close to Lake Marion and intersates.“

„It was great to find a pet friendly place near the beach. The host was very accommodating with my two shepherds and an 18’ trailer that I had. The location is an easy drive to the beach or Charleston. The owners did a really nice job on making their game day spot into a cute place to stay. The weather was cool so the outside kitchen was a nice place to hang out. I was glad to have brought some bug spray…you are on the edge of the marshes on James Island. The area is filled with old live oaks ...

„This property was clean and comfortable. The host communicated very efficiently and showed concern with making our stay as positive as possible.“

„I messaged the owners upon arrival of our displeasure of a few of the things that we noticed right off the bat and never received a response. These are the things we weren’t happy with during our stay: only 2 forks in kitchen, TV in the living room kept pausing on its own, both beds were awful. They squeaked and made awful noises and sheets and pillows were uncomfortable. Bathroom grout on the floor was horrible. Couch pillows were stained. We didn’t feel safe in the neighborhood. The Nextdoor ...

„Good size for a couple- great location if you want Old Town Bluffton.Good privacy as well“

„Wir haben die zentrale Lage sehr genossen, der Parkplatz ist gleich nebenan. Der kleine Garten mit Sitzgelegenheit ist nett. In einem Schlafzimmer hört man rund um die Uhr sehr laut die Klimaanlage, die direkt unter dem Fenster ist. In dem Zimmer ist quasi auch keine Verdunkelung. Küche und Ausstattung sind gut, interessante Bücher im Wohnzimmer zum Stöbern!“

„This place is within walking distance of the beach which was really convenient. However, it's advertised as ocean view and it's really not al all. It's a small mobile home that has been sort of remodeled. We didn't have any issues with arrival communication however, once we got into the door we were knocked out by an intense smell of cat urine. The furniture was completely covered in cat hair and stains everywhere on all carpets ( we immediately put them on the deck and had to buy cleaning ...

„Great property! Host was communicative and check-in was easy. The furniture within the home is high quality and comfortable - no staging / cheap furniture. Would stay here again.“

„Great location for our and layout for our family!“
