„Nice room with sea view, when opening the window I heard the sound of the water in the canal and the seagulls, the wind, the boats passing, people on their way. Perfect Venice feeling. The view for sunrise and sunset especially is amazing! The Room was very clean, nice and basically, everything you need, including a tablet with a little welcome breakfast and a selection of teas and instant coffee. „This place has been "partially" remodeled. The kitchen is very old and the sink was clogged before we used it. No shower gel, shampoo and soap bar available, even we asked for them. We ended up to a local store to buy them. The pictures look better than the real situation. A storage space under the stairs was filled with smelly wet towls and cleaning stuff. It is worthy for the host/management to update the kitchen and use a better door lock to secure the apartment. I gound this prperty via ...

„Accommodation is well located to explore Venice. The air conditioning was broken and no communication until I contacted agency. The replacement did not work. We did not sleep because of the heat. Sorry would not recommend this accommodation. “

„wir waren 4 Tage in Venedig und im Quentin untergebracht. Wir wurden beim Vaporetto abgeholt. Es ist ein Appartement nahe der Biennale. Alles super erreichbar. Es gibt in der Nähe einen coop Supermarkt wo man einkaufen kann. Gute Klimaanlagen vorhanden.“
