The hotel has comfortable beds and a great location to reach city center, San Mames stadium and Metro line 1 to the Plentxia beach in very short time. Also a modern gym is there. But it is more suitable for private guests and not so much for business guests. As a business guest i would not book again. Sunday morning 4:30 i checked out and two times in advance i gave my full company adress and VAT number at the reception to receive bill at check out for 615.76 Euro. The reception people said, it is no problem at all. On this Sunday morning a very young guy was very unexperienced and told me he had company bill printing just on the first day in his education and totally forgot about that. I got no bill and complained at the hotel on Sunday morning 9:00 after being back in Germany. After more than 3 days still no bill for my accounting depsrtment and even no reply at all. Very unprofessional. It is a pity to scare off business guests by not giving them a bill and let untrained staff sit at front desk alone.

Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, sauber und auf der Rückseite des Hotels auch sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen jedoch hat alles funktioniert. Das Bett ist relativ hart. Der Frühstücksraum ist modernisiert und das Frühstück ist sehr gut - jedoch gab es an einem Tag ein Frühstück am Tisch serviert, da das Hotel kaum belegt war - das war etwas kompliziert, da das Personal kaum Englisch sprach. Durch einen bereits einige Wochen andauernden Streik des Personals für die Zimmerreinigung, wurde das Zimmer nur auf besondere Anfrage gereinigt und die Handtücher gewechselt.
