« We came into town for a work event and found this home to be adorable, affordable, and in a great, safe neighborhood. The home was clean and provided all the amenities needed for a longer stay. The master bed was so comfortable, I struggled getting up in the morning :) There is no ice machine, so grab a bag on your way in as you pass multiple grocery and convenient stores. Will absolutely stay again when we are in town. »

« When you first pull up to the house you are a bit concerned of its age and slightly precarious staircase. Once inside, the charm and beautfully appointed artwork puts you at ease. All bedrooms have comfortable beds with soft sheets. We enjoyed the location, you can walk to Zilker Park and if weather permits (not too hot/humid) you could even walk through the park to the downtown area. Lots of restaurants close by. Terry Blacks bbq was enjoyable. It would be nice to see a few things fixed, water...

« Conveniently located just 10 minutes from downtown Austin, as well as a short walk to the bus tiling Congress Ave, this cozy abode was a great place to stay. Clean with great indoor and outdoor space. As mentioned above, a short walk to the numerous shops and eateries on Congress Ave too. Communication with the property manager was easy and open. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! »

« My husband and I hosted our friends from Alabama. The house is warm, open, and spacious. We loved the quirky wall art! The kitchen and living room space was perfect for cooking and hanging out, especially with the huge sectional couch. The house is well stocked with dishes, towels, spices, etc. We really enjoyed the pool because it is HOT in Austin. We were minutes from S Lamar and S Congress. We appreciated the garage parking as well. »

« What a wonderful stay! Spacious! Beautiful decor! Lovely views of famous pecan tree and Barton Springs entrance from the deck. Our teenagers also loved it. Our dogs have never been happier! Long walks in the park & refreshing swim in the springs. Museums & fabulous restaurants close by. Lisa was amazing. We can’t wait to come back! »

« Great stay in this cute little duplex. Everything was clean and fresh, with plenty of dishes, pots, and pans. Parking was easy and secure with the electric gate that closed. Neighborhood is up and coming w mix of old and new homes, but unit is very new and nice! Great view of the city! »
