„This was one of the best properties we've stayed at in all our years of renting vacation places. The house was well equipped, comfy bed and was pleasingly quiet..and not to forget, the hot tub was so relaxing after a long day of drinking wine!! ...our host and the property manager were wonderful and very responsive! When we arrived, the property manager had 12 delicious peaches waiting for us!! The house has all you need for a great stay and you won't be disappointed...we will certainly rent ...

„The Barn house was absolutely perfect for our time in Palisade. It was so cute, beautifully decorated, and very clean! Leah has many special touches and has thought of everything to make the stay very comfortable. As great as the house was, our favorite part was the farm life setting. We watched beautiful horses grazing just outside the windows with colorful sunsets in the background. Highly recommend this place. Thanks for a great stay. “

A short drive to some of the most spectacular views on the Grand Mesa and under an hour to Palisade and Grand Junction. The interior of the space was comfortable and spacious for five adults, with a well-equipped kitchen. It’s clear David and Deese take great care to keep the property clean and in good repair. Glad we gave it a chance!“
