« La maison a beaucoup de potentiel, mais un peu sous exploité. Les lits et l'ameublement des chambres est très moyen. La maison peut accueillir plusieurs personnes mais la vaisselle et les ustensiles de cuisine sont de très faible qualité et en très petite quantité. Le lave vaisselle est brisé donc on doit faire la vaisselle à la main. Matelas sur le sol dans une des chambre et on doit trouver la literie dans le chaos du walk-in de la chambre des maîtres. Maison magnifique, avec un potentiel...

« Tres belle propriété au calme du tumulte d’Hollywood Bd. Idéalement placée au centre des différents points d’intérêt de la ville. 3 vraies chambres + 1 option pour un quatrième couchage ( sans rideaux ni volet). Beaucoup d’espace, pieces lumineuses et un superbe RoofTop. Excellent sejour Merci K&G ! »

« This home was fantastic for my family while we were visiting our extended family in LA. There were a ton of thoughtful touches that made it a great place to stay with our little ones. The garage is a bit snug so a compact car would be a plus but we were able to fit two small SUV’s with some careful maneuvering. Super quiet neighborhood. Close to a lot of awesome things to do and see. »

« House is very modern and beautiful. Nice finishes. Great for a friends hang, plenty of communal spaces to gather. Was an easy uber to/from Hollywood Bowl where we were attending some concerts. Would stay again. »

« Three of my grown children and spouses as well as one 20 mo old grandchild stayed here a week for wedding activities of my son who lives in the LA area. The space was wonderful with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The large kitchen was great a well. We also enjoyed the neighborhood taking stroller walks with my grandson and enjoyed pool time as well. The location was convenient to the wedding location as well as other attractions. Check in and out was a breeze. Beautiful, well kept...

« This rental was super clean and felt very safe. It was a comfortable place with plenty of room to hang out and spend time with family. The three bedrooms were nice sized and everyone had their own space. The proximity to so many places was an added bonus. We will definitely be using this proprty for future visits. »

« Michaels property is just as described. Very clean and perfect space for 1-2 to decompress after exploring. Private entrance from the main house and a clean, private patio just outside the cottage doors. Plenty of off street parking at all times of the day. Location is close to all the attractions while at the same time situated on a quiet street/neighborhood. I would definitely recommend and when in LA again we would definitely book. »
