Hôtel près de Centre commercial West Coast Plaza, Singapour, Singapour

« Great hotel with friendly staff, but some of them are not easy to understand. The location is ok but would prefer next time to stay at city centre »

« It was nice and clean. One of the staff members was nice explaining things to us while we checked in. Why only 4 stars? Because there's no staff on site to assist you if you need help. Need to call or text using WhatsApp for help and that kinda inconvenience for travelers. Overall experience is great. »

« Great location if you have business at the university otherwise no good reason to stay there. No lobby. Unable to accommodate early check in. Lobby toilet in the basement next to sleeping staff behind blankets. Would not accommodate my request to shorten my stay. Even when expedia got involved. Ceiling in my tiny room needed a couple of layers of paint. Woken close to midnight by kids running up and down corridor screaming. Do not recommend. »

« the room was very very small, no wardrobe to store clothes but the worst was "no window"... How can we make today to rent a room without window... Unbelievable !! »

« The staff provided exceptional assistance. Although the hotel lacked a freezer for overnight storage of our gel packs, the front desk personnel successfully identified a solution through a nearby restaurant. We appreciate their efforts. »

« Great location, luxurious accommodations, and excellent service! I will definitely plan on staying here again. »

Grande piscine. Je recommande cet hôtel. »

« Good location, rooms are very clean and the bathroom was large. Staff very friendly and eager to help and greet you every time you walk through the door. »
