« I booked a room according to the pictures and with a queen size bed. Our bed was NOT a queen it was a double bed. I know what size a queen bed is, I sleep in one every night at home and I have a double bed in our guest room. The floor had big bubbles in it, like air pockets under the laminate. The shower had mold in it, there was trash in the bathroom window sill and no electrical outlets in the bathroom. Also, no table or anywhere to set your phone to charge by an outlet. « What a pleasant surprise.
The place is wonderful. We had a full floor and a huge balcony overlooking the local volcanic mountains.
We immensely enjoyed staying there. Unfortunately it was only for one night. We will correct this the next time.
The swimming pool is remote though, you have to take the car and beware that they have no place where to change. They told you to go to the public restrooms which are disgusting. So change at the hotel.
