« What a pleasant surprise. The place is wonderful. We had a full floor and a huge balcony overlooking the local volcanic mountains. We immensely enjoyed staying there. Unfortunately it was only for one night. We will correct this the next time. The swimming pool is remote though, you have to take the car and beware that they have no place where to change. They told you to go to the public restrooms which are disgusting. So change at the hotel. The pool is managed by another facility, not Crooked...

« This is a wonderful hotel! The night staff gentleman immediately changed our room to the type we needed, my mistake in booking, and gave us a choice of floors. The breakfast was phenomenal, it says buffet and they mean it! Warm full size cinnamon rolls, bacon, sausage, omelets, I could go on and on. Oh and freshly ground coffee!! It was very quiet and our granddaughter said the pool was just right and she had had a lot of experience with pools! And may I say thank you again to the staff person...

« The staff, when I let them know we had dogs (to pay the fees) she asked if we would like a ground floor room, which so happened to be a huge upgrade from the one we booked. Very happy as always with Hampton. Also the breakfast, top notch as always. »
