« I would give a 5 if it wasn’t for the carpet in the room Don’t understand why still in 2025 they do room with carpet, as it is so disgusting since they cannot be washed between clients. What kind of thing is accumulated down there ! « My family and I stayed in Hanging Cabin #9, which had bunk beds suited for my two children. The cabin appeared to have been recently renovated, with new flooring and a well-equipped kitchen. It included a TV (unlike other cabins we've stayed in without one) and a nice jacuzzi. Keep in mind that being outdoors means bugs may be around, which is not the property's fault but a natural occurrence. A bit of pest control before guests arrive could have made this place an A+. »

« Great place. We really enjoyed the isolation in the woods with views of the Blue Ridge mountains. We had a great time with family there and would definitely come back again. Only complaint was the spiral staircase. Since there is no bathroom in the loft I had to navigate the stairs a few times a night to use the bathroom. Not easy for a senior. »

"Le petit déjeuner (inclus) est copieux et plutôt bon Les chambres sont spacieuses Il y a beaucoup de places de parking Le tea time de l’après midi est appréciable La plupart des hôtes d’accueil sont plutôt agréables, sauf une qui est vraiment désagréable et qui ne donne pas les infos nécessaires pour que nous passions un bon séjours (la plus jeune des hôtesses d’accueil) Gros bémol: nous sommes restés 3 nuits et la chambre n’a pas été faite une seule fois. Apres la première nuit, on nous a dit que c’est parce qu’il fallait en faire la demande expressément (ce que la fameuse hôtesse d’accueil n’avait pas précisé). Pour les nuits suivantes, nous avons fait la demande, mais les femmes de chambre ne sont quand même pas passées. C’est très décevant pour un hôtel. "
