« We stayed here for our son’s baseball week at Cooperstown Dream Park and it was the perfect spot. The convenience of location, the size/layout of the house and the beauty of the property made it the perfect place to come home and relax from long baseball days! We will come back when our younger son plays here! »

« Had an issue with the Internet when we arrived. The maintenance people cut the cable coming into the house when they were cutting the grass. It was hard to work while I was there as I expected to have Internet access. Eventually it was fixed but it took a few days. Aside from this the house was pleasant and the kids loved the pool and basketball court. »

« This was one of the best places I’ve stayed at. Tons of bedrooms and bathrooms (so many showers and they were all pretty large), plenty of different spaces to hang out including the main first floor where the kitchen/dining room/living room is all combined, basement with various games (pool table, video games, arcade game, workout space, chess), and so much outdoor space. « The property was truly lovely and very completely outfitted. I was traveling with my mother and two nephews and unfortuntely we arrived during the dreadful heatwave that hit the northeast. The property was exactly as pictured and we had almost enough fans to cool the place down. The ceiling fans certainly helped but an ac unit on the first floor would have helped. No one could have known the heat would be this severe but a second ac unit would have helped. The het broke on day 3 of our four...

« This property was fantastic! It was clean, had all the amenities needed for a fun weekend, the pool was lovely, and the beds were very comfortable. »

« We stayed after a concert in the area and it was perfect weather so the stay was pleasant. We did not have a chance to utilize the fire pit or grill but everything was as expected »

« Check in was easy peasy the code was text to us a couple hours before we had to check in. Kitchen had all the tools you need plus some. »

« The house was very clean and a perfect layout for families with young children. The basement even came equipped with some toys. Outside is a large backyard with a trail to a river for the kids to throw sticks/ rocks into. Kelder’s farm is about 30 minutes away and a must stop for those with kids. »

« Our stay was great even though it rained 3 days we were there the house is very cozy and if you open up all the blinds it’s like you’re still sitting outside! If you have a dog this is a perfect place to set them up with a long lead and let them hang outside with you or walk the property with them which our dog never got old of! Definitely will be staying here again in the fall. »

« Great vacation!! The cottage had EVERYTHING one would need. So clean you could eat off the floors. Hosts were "Excellent on any requests or questions and you can tell they strive for Excellent Customer Service and work very hard on any maintenance and cleanliness! Encourage if you have any serious medical issues like walking or wheelchairs, please contact the Hosts. They are wonderful people and we thank them! Would Highly Recommend!! »
