„We had a wonderful stay in Brookline. It was very clean, bright and the snacks were a great addition. Getting the key from the lock box was easy and the book with details on local restaurants, things to do, how to use the house tv, map for the T and any other important information was included. The host was also helpful in parking ideas before we arrived which helped us immensely. I would definitely stay again.“

„The house was as advertised as far as what was seen in the pictures. Some of the light bulbs/fixtures were not operational, but the house as a whole was very clean and accommodating. Communication with the host was quick and straightforward. “

After the panic subsided, we contacted Muny and she thankfully replied right away to help us arrange a way to pick up our baggage. She did all this while on vacationing abroad!
