The o to recommendation I have would be to eventually change out the bed comforter, some pillows, and the mattress cover. I investigated a little too deeply and saw big brown stains on all of them which I understand comes from many guests using them and doing who knows what over time. « The property is close to downtown, absolutely true. BUT, I have stayed in the main floor unit twice and the upstairs unit once over the past 3 years. The property is getting worse. There is NO effort in maintaining much less improving the property.The main shower leaks through to the basement, the smaller bathroom shower has no working light, the oven is broken, kitchen sink constantly leaks, two rolls of toilet paper, and the AC WASN'T working for our stay. « My wife and I stayed here for 12 days to spend the holidays with our daughters and other family. We’d lived in Princeton for 2 years prior to moving to Nashville and so we were familiar with the area. In fact, that was the primary reason for staying there.The location of this apartment is really the best attraction. « The property was beautiful, the breakfast was good, the coffee available as early as we requested (4am!) and the suite was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Front desk was helpful in anything we needed. »
