« Staff was amazing. Very friendly. I loved the new changes with the front arrival arrea! Kids loved the indoor water park and the arcade. We nooked through this app but there was a switch up with our room. They were able to switch us to the room we needed. The addition of a few slot machines was a nice surprise as well. Overall was a very nice stay. »

« We were here during the off season, so it was not very busy. The staff was friendly, and helpful. The hotel and indoor water park were clean. The hours of operation for the indoor water park & theme park were not clearly posted. The indoor theme park closed so early, we weren't able to use all of our game credits there. The bunk beds in the room have very thin, uncomfortable mattresses. The room was very spacious, but did not have enough places for everyone to sit. Google did not have the...

« Dining options in concourse should be updated. While food was good didn't see any innovation. Was so looking forward to some escargot/crab and was not on menu although was on online menu. »

« Excellent stay. Jacuzzi tub in the room was amazing. Facility interior was beautiful and clean and the staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast was amazing. Everything we ordered at the restaurant/bar was excellent, both the food and drinks. Would love to stay there again. »
