« I arrived and was told my room had been sold, even though there were NO cars in the parking lot. The smell in the office was atrocious and the attendant was struggling to communicate with me, little English apparently. He seemed to be trying to sell me a different room but the looks and atmosphere of the place and his demeanor were so awful I told him I was not interested in a different room. He told me to go on the website and cancel, and when I did, he had marked me as a no show. »

« The hotel seems to be in the middle of updating. The bath/shower was updated, and the room was clean. But, the window drapes had areas where the lining was missing and light came through. The hvac system worked well. When we went to our 2nd floor room around 4pm a painter was still painting the hallways and the paint smell filled the area. When the painter left he didn't clean chipped paint from the hall carpet. There was an building entry lock that didn't work(lock). There was a group of...
