« This was one of the most carefully and well-equipped VRBOs I've stayed at. I cooked a lot and virtually every spice, condiment and cooking utensil I could have wanted was there. The towels and amenities in the bathroom were high quality and plentiful. The views of the Colorado front range are stunning because the house is at the very edge of a large subdivision and sight lines are unimpeded. « Clean, remote-ish, wide open night sky, surprisingly comfortable bed/pillows/linens. All amenities I needed. »

« I asked to check in one hour early, they stated that I had to pay a $30 fee. The check-in time was supposed to be between 330 to 4. I tried to put the code in a little after 345 but it didn’t work. I called the service line to let them know I was having issues and they told me I was 12 minutes too early. The hot tub pipes were busted. There were signs all over the house stating not to eat or drink in different areas. We ended up not staying. Would not recommend. »

Misleading: The listing shows as "spacious walkout basement with private bedroom and living room" but it is also still listed under "Entire Place - You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with guests in your party". My issue is that while the listing is technically being upfront about not being an entire home, it does show up when searching for an entire home so it feels like being...

« We did not receive the check-in instructions as they noted. We had to call to get that sorted out. Some other reviewers noted this as well. Wish they could have a bit more kitchen stuff beyond just the bare bone. The microwave showed nothing on the screen to be even able to tell what was going on. Its size is definitely for one or two people. Could be more cleaner in the bathroom and kitchen; JS had to clean the cups and utensils before using them as they clearly had stains. »
