„It was very noisy and staff did not look into kids running around and playing mini stiks in hallway. We did not stay for the 3rd night as planned. “

„Front desk lady was great at our late check in! This hotel is old and in need of TLC but rooms were fairly clean. Room took awhile to warm up though and mold in the shower stall. Another colleague said her room had bed bugs and another colleagues heater didn’t work in her room. We have stayed here a lot in the past for work but it seems really run down now. “

„Breakfast was always good. Five days of goodliness. Staff was always cleaning vacated tables to insure the readiness for new users. Parking was quite adequate, both front and back of the hotel. Had a few issues with the digital key cards. Possibly because of card touching too close to my phone in my pocket, the cards failed to unlock our room door. I have to admit, the rooms are getting somewhat tired and could use a bit of TLC. Hallways were quite noisy as we had young hockey teams staying ...

„Sehr schönes Hotel. Freundliches Personal und saubere Zimmer. Es gibt kleine Sitzgelegenheiten mit Tischchen vor dem Hotel. Gratis Kaffee gibt es auch den ganzen Tag. Großer sauberer Schwimmbereich mit drei Whirlpools. Wäschewaschen ist auch möglich. Einziger Makel, Plastikbesteck und Pappteller beim guten Frühstück. Wir würden die Gold Eagle Lodge wieder wählen. “

„The tv, internet and little plug in heater for the room didn’t work. It took about 15 minutes to get some warm water for a shower and the breakfast was not fit. I stayed here because I was In a pinch but I’ll sleep in my vehicle next time.“

„I personally enjoy staying at this hotel, and often recommend it. The staff have been friendly and helpful any time I've stayed. The elevators are quick and always in order. The rooms feel clean and fresh. I would say the rooms could potentially be incrementally cleaner, however I do residential cleaning for a living and tend to notice things most people might not (dust on an obscure surface or streaks on a mirror for example) and being aware they have a lot of rooms to clean, I do not expect ...

Other than that my stay was great! I’d highly recommend. My one recommendation would be for better, and more appetizing food for breakfast, I believe it is lacking in this area. “

„I was passing through on my way from Saskatoon to Edmonton, and this hotel was clean and well-run. The food in the restaurant was decent ... and unfortunately I am too old to try out the water sledge (although this seems to be a great feature to make kids happy).“
