„Cozy little place. Pretty much everything you need for a short stay. Everything else you might need is a very close, quick drive or Uber. “

„The host was very responsive to my questions. Answered in a timely manner. The location is very close to UT Austin. It is an apartment building that seems to house a lot of UT students. We were there over a weekend and it was very quiet. It is an older building but seems to be well maintained. Our only issues were with the little things. Two wash clothes in the entire apartment that sleeps 4-6 people. No towels in the kitchen to dry dishes. No hangers in the closets. The pillows need replaced. ...

„We were dismayed when we saw the rug in the front room. It was stained and looked dirty. On the other hand, the air conditioning was great. The lighting in part of the place wasn't working because the bulbs were burnt out. We borrowed a bulb from people we were visitinv. We also borrowed a light blanket since there wasn't one there. So if you don't mind these things and you need an inexpensive place to stay, you will be ok. Also the location was absolutely perfect for us.“

„This apartment was pretty basic but met our needs just fine. It was a great location near UT, easy parking and very quiet. We did not cook but the kitchen seems to have what you would need if you did. Decor was simple but nice, bed/pillows are very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have a luggage stand or other table on which to put a suitcase. „The stay itself was fine but I was not happy that we were there for a festival in Zilker park and the listing specifically stated that it was a 17 minute walk to the park and it turned out to be a 40 minute walk. I reached out once I had the address the day before to ask if there was another way to walk there since it was stated to be a 17 minute walk. The response was “no, the 40 sounds about right but it’s a quick uber.” The reason I picked the property was heavily based on the “short” walk to ...

„We loved the rooms I just have a few suggestions. Put a mirror in the bedrooms bc you only have the bathroom mirror for 4 people to get ready a maybe a hook on the back of the bedroom doors to hang up your towels. Other than that it was a great place to stay. I would definitely go back there“
