« We chose carefully before ending up with this resort. It's perfect. Not too big, not too small. Direct access to beach - not private beach, but almost. Not crowded and dirty like many places in north Goa (even Benaulim actually). Direct access to small market and shops outside the resort area as well. Couldn't have been better. »
« James and the team make this property outstanding! There are a few fixes needed in that the bedside shelf was hanging off on one side and the patio doors didnât close fully but the value for money is great. The staff really canât do enough here or at James beach shack. Will definitely be returning »
« Excellent stay ! Very attentive and kind sfaff, the breakfast is great, the room very comfy. Ony cons I could find: a bit isolated and the pool is best in the morning / early afternoon as itâll be in the shade after that. Very happy otherwise »
« The staff are attentive, kind and helpful. The location is great - on a marvellous beach. The area has a plethora of good restaurants and yoga places. The hotel was clean. They were renovating the hotel when we were there, but we hardly noticed it. The electricity supply was not entirely stable, so be careful if you have important online meetings. It can be a bit noisy at night, but that's part of the atmosphere. I hope to get the chance to visit again. Warm recommendations from here. »

« Amazing stay at Treehouse Blue Villas. Property is well maintained, with all the required amenities such as Swimming pool , kitchenette having appliances like gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine etc are available. Caretaker Mr. Naresh was extremely helpful and took great care of all the visiting members. Overall , a perfect location for a family stay with beaches in near vicinity. »
« The back of the property is full of rats. The room itself is VERY tired and needs refurbishing, curtains fall down everytime thier pulled. AC doesn't cool, TV wires and and control box just hanging loose. We asked if we could move room which was agreed, so we moved only to be told the room was now booked. We decided to leave rather than stay in the same room for another night. Plus side there is a pool. »
