Lorsque vous entrez, vous ĂȘtes immĂ©diatement accueilli par la disposition ouverte et la lumiĂšre naturelle qui passe Ă  travers les fenĂȘtres. En prime, les lumiĂšres que vous allumez avec un interrupteur sont toutes alimentĂ©es Ă  l'Ă©nergie solaire! Cette maison verte est vraiment un spectacle! La cuisine est Ă©quipĂ©e d'appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers en acier inoxydable et d'une cuisiniĂšre Ă  gaz, tandis que le reste de la maison dispose de 4 chambres et de 2 salles de bains pour accueillir toute la famille.

Pour le plaisir des visiteurs, l’avant et l’arriĂšre de cette maison privĂ©e sont dotĂ©s de vĂ©randas. Parfait pour admirer toutes les vues magnifiques sur les marais qui vous entourent. Quiet Haven in the Trees

Comfortable, updated home with 4 BR, 2BA suited our group of 4 (long-graduated) college pals perfectly. The listing’s pictures don’t do it justice. We enjoyed the comfortable living room with space for all of us to gather, and the amazing screen porch
 a great place to have happy hour while sunset colors the sky. Most of Folly’s restaurants and shops are about a 0.5 mile walk away. Be aware that two of the BR are quite cozy, but that wasn’t an issue for us. The home is elevated, as most of Folly Beach is, so expect to walk a long flight of stairs when you come or go. Charleston is a 30-ish minute drive away, and we spent one of our days touring there.

Great house & Location

Perfect location and really great house! Very walkable to the beach but if you want to frequent the bars and shops on a long weekend I recommend getting a golf cart. Overall was a really great experience.

Communicate all your expectations in the listing

I wish the property manager communicated expectations in the property listing instead of after we booked. (Examples: thermostat settings, photo id and age requirements) The blue shower handle controls the hot water and red controls cold in the outdoor shower.

Great location!

This property was better than the pictures. Very quiet neighborhood but close to the beach and downtown Folly. Beautiful sunsets off the back deck. Very clean. The kitchen had modern appliances and included anything you’d ever need and more. Very spacious for our party of 6 adults and 3 kids. Would stay there again and recommend to family and friends!!!!!

Wonderful home on Lovely Folly

We immensely enjoyed our stay @ The West Indie Inn. The home was laid out perfectly with four nice bedrooms and an open kitchen and great room. The screened-in porch was so relaxing over the marsh. We would most definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home on Folly

We couldn't have enjoyed the house more, I feel like the pictures don't do it justice. We spent hours laughing and chatting on the shady screened back porch, watched beautiful sunsets and even took in a lightening storm. The beds are comfortable, the house well equipped with linens and kitchen accessories. The private outdoor shower and the jacuzzi tub make for luxurious vacation. Hopeful to return to this gem of a vacation rental one day!

dirty dishes and moldy food

Fun beach vacation

Plenty of room,clean except bloody hand print on bedroom door I called about and wasn’t resolved.Refrigerator malfunction with fridge full of food and had to buy a cooler plus ice.College fridge brought over promptly but too small.Trouble with door lock promptly resolved and maintenance personnel great.The property other than those things was much appreciated

Porch time!

We loved our stay- classic beach house well built and simple pleasant boho/Asian decor. Plenty of kitchen items, pillows, blankets. Beds were confortable (and we are fussy) bathrooms in good shape. Loved the marsh porch and the outdoor shower. Easy house to stay in. I suggest renting a golf cart or pull cart for beach trek. Bring books and cards. We finished the Salvador Dali puzzle, showed it to the dog and he growled at it. For TV people (we aren’t but watched Wimbledon) main room set is small but large wall mounted in master and guests rooms. Neighborhood is very nice and quiet. An easy walk to Main Street. Would definitely go back!!

Great Folly Property

Perfect birthday getaway

This was the perfect place to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday. The screened in patio and very walkable location were the best parts of the house. Would definitely book again!
