We booked this property to celebrate a birthday in Charlotte. The house is beautiful. He received a 2 star because he was a very unprofessional, uncaring host. It was 10 ladies traveling from out of town. He couldn't accommodate an earky check in. One of the rooms is advertised as having 2 queens and a twin bed. However, it had a twin air mattress instead. So, that is false advertisement. The host never answered any of our calls. He was slow to respond to messages. He didn't follow through with any of his request like sending repairman for jacuzzi. Nor did he resolve any of our issues. We spent the whole weekend texting him for assistance. We found out jacuzzi doesn't get hot just stays lukewarm. My friend fell down the stairs and injured herself badly because the stairs were super slippery. There's no safety precautions like rubber pads from the rooftop to the 2nd floor. No towels for jacuzzi use. Also, not enough washcloths or towels for amount of guest's. We couldn't operate the fireplaces. There's plenty of light switches in the house but none labeled. No book with instructions on how to use any of the amenities. Master bedroom need new remote batteries. Luckily, the guests next door helped with firepit one night. They were more helpful than host. After, hearing our complaints he informed us he will give a partial refund. Not sure how much or if that will happen. We made the best out of our situation but it could've been better with a better host. Host too busy for conc

Short version: Spacious location with comfortable beds, but don’t count on the amenities.Arrival was smooth, but you have to turn into a long private drive at 610. Some signage at the front would go a long way! As we got settled in we noticed some minor issues like damaged furniture, and that the hot tub was a little cool. Eventually we realized the heater wasn’t running due to an error and reached out to the host via the app, who never responded but continued to send automated messages.With the hot tub out of commission we tried some of the outdoor fire pits, but couldn’t get any of them to light despite being able to smell gas flowing to the rooftop unit. Overall a good location with decent fundamentals, but lacking in amenities and in need of a refresh. We appreciated the bedrooms being on separate floors from the main living space to accommodate folks who go to bed at different hours.

We had a wonderful stay at Brian's townhouse. Check in was easy and the place was clean, spacious and well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The beds were comfortable too. We enjoyed our stay very much, over our son's wedding weekend. There were 10 of us total, and you wouldn't know it because the townhouse is so nice and big and every floor has some fun activity to participate in too! Wed definitely stay again. Brian communicated well and all his instructions were very clear. Every one on our party enjoyed it very much!

This venue will not disappoint very clean and spacious check in process was very smooth and the host was very responsive with any questions we had. There was lots of games, massage chair and hot tub on the roof top with a nice view of uptown Charlotte. Will definitely book again !!

Loved our girls trip stay

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was just as described and suited our friend gathering perfectly. It was clean and the amenities were great. We didn’t realize there was a bar in the basement garage and didn’t get to use it and all the information was on a screen inside! There was also some miscommunication with the property manager on payment a few days before which left us having to work through last minute and the original house code sent didn’t work at first but all was eventually resolved in a timely manner. Would recommend this house as a stay in Charlotte.

Great Stay with Large Group

Lots of space for our large group of 8 to fit comfortably. Lots of towels and the toiletries being provided in a nice welcome bag was great. Very good location, close to stadium very easy walk. Brian was very quick to respond.

The home was very nicely amenitized in a great location on the edge of downtown Charlotte. Walked to a baseball game at Truist Field. Really enjoyed the rooftop games. We had an awesome stay. Thank you.

Short group work trip

Beautiful modern home. Great view from rooftop. Huge open living / dining / kitchen. Everyone enjoyed the massage chair. It was however unfortunate the hot tub didn’t work since that was something everyone was looking forward to and one of the main reasons we booked this home. And the gentleman painting in the garage worked with drills and a hammer an entire day when one of our girls had to stay home with a migraine all day while the rest of us were out and about. I was asked by the owner if it was ok if someone painted in the garage while we were there but not if someone could do construction (I would have said “no” if I was told he would be using power tools on the walls since we were only there for 2 days and I was made aware of this about an hour before check in). Cleaning was sub par (as someone who owns a vacation rental as well)…closet in master was not clean at all and ALL walls in home could use a full retouch of paint. Nice home, great location. Needs more transparency when booking. Everyone should be aware that someone will be doing loud work in the garage during your stay. And the hot tub may or may not turn on so don’t book the house for that (and there was no info provided on how to troubleshoot it).

Pleasant Vacation Stay!!

Enjoyable 5 night stay at this beautiful 4 level property! Walking distance to the stadium in Uptown, restaurants and bars. Equipped with everything needed although we brought our own. Only cons were lots of stairs to haul luggage and parking situation was a bit tight for my Camaro, let alone the SUV we switched into halfway through the vacation, but we made it work. Bedrooms are spacious and living area was welcoming and open. Master bathroom’s LARGE shower and soaking tub was icing on the cake. Rooftop was no disappointment with a bar, grill, tv, games, fire pit and hot tub. This was a great find, as we were saddened to leave! Just as advertised… Rent here, you won’t regret it!!

Long Weekend in Charlotte

Great location, clean and Brian was super responsive. The rooftop area was a great spot to hang out. We had a small issue with the kitchen faucet not working that was out of Brian's control but he had someone out there quickly to resolve the issue. We would not hesitate to stay again.
